I'm Alex.Nearly four years ago, I embarked on an independent consulting journey after eight years in Program Management and Business Development roles within boutique consulting firms. During that time, I specialized in leading Growth and Expansion projects for medium and large-sized manufacturers seeking to establish or grow their presence in Asian and Latin American markets.Since I’ve been consulting independently, my primary focus has been facilitating the transition for foreign manufacturers aiming to initiate or expand operations in the United States. I optimize their supply chain efficiency and stimulate business growth by identifying strategic partners to take their companies to new heights.Currently, my latest endeavor is actively assessing operations for companies in the manufacturing and distribution sector. My aim is to foster growth, achieve cost savings, and drive change. I evaluate business practices, analyze supply chain flow, and consider potential restructuring of warehouse and logistics operations.

Consulting:Some of my proudest highlights over the last 12 years:- Managed the North American business for a foreign automotive component manufacturer, generating over $500,000 in new business and establishing a dynamic inventory management program, guaranteeing uninterrupted production for critical SKUs and timely fulfillment of orders.- Prospected over 200 potential distributors globally for an equipment manufacturer. Successfully onboarded distributors in Italy, South Africa, Belgium, and South Korea through in-person meetings.- Led the successful expansion of a manufacturer into a greenfield facility in Mexico.
